An introductory course that will look at God’s story (redemptive history) and the time
between the New and Old testaments. This course will cover the theme of “temple”; the origins and
differences of New Testament groups like the Pharisees, Sadducees, priests, high priests, scribes,
Herodian’s, and Samaritans; the Jewish council; various superpowers of the Ancient Near East.
